Allen founded RoyByrns & Associates with his partner Garry Roy in 1995. As a financial planner, Allen helps clients reach their unique goals by forecasting and building a financial roadmap. He brings the right knowledge, guidance, and expertise to identify your goals and help you reach them - whether you're thinking of taking your finances to the next step or planning for retirement.
Prior to creating RoyByrns & Associates, Allen started in the insurance world with a well-known Moncton based insurance company in 1991. Prior to that, he graduated with honours from Université de Moncton with a Business degree.
Allen is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (CH.F.C.) designations.
On a personal note, Allen is an avid sports enthusiast from Golf, baseball, football and hockey. Allen is an active community member, involved with various Chambers of Commerce. He is the past president of Expansion Dieppe, the city's economic development corporation, as well as the Dieppe Youth House. He also coached minor hockey for over 10 years. Allen is married to Bernadette, and together they have two children: a daughter, Michelle, and a son, Alexi.

Allen a fondé RoyByrns & Associés avec son partenaire Garry Roy, en 1995. En tant que planificateur financier, Allen aide les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs financiers uniques en construisant une feuille de route financière. Il apporte ses connaissances et son expertise pour identifier vos objectifs et vous aider à les atteindre – que ce soit pour emporter vos finances à un autre niveau ou pour planifier votre retraite.
Avant de créer RoyByrns & Associés, Allen a débuté dans le monde de l'assurance avec une compagnie d'assurance reconnue de Moncton en 1991. Allen a obtenu son baccalauréat en administration des affaires avec honneur à l'Université de Moncton en 1991.
Allen est un Planificateur Financier Agréé (CFP®) et détient les désignations d’assureur-vie agréé (AVA) et de consultant financier agréé (C. Fin. A.).
Sur une note personnelle, Allen est un passionné de sports, notamment de golf, baseball, football et hockey. Il est également un membre actif de la communauté, impliqué dans plusieurs chambres de commerce. Il a été président d'Expansion Dieppe, la société de développement économique de la ville, ainsi que de la Maison de la Jeunesse de Dieppe. De plus, il a été entraîneur de hockey mineur pendant plus de 10 ans. Allen est marié à Bernadette, et ensemble, ils ont deux enfants : une fille, Michelle, et un fils, Alexi.
